How long does it take to get my order?
We ship orders from our warehouse overseas as well.
You can expect to receive your order within 2-4 weeks from the date that you placed your order.
Due to overwhelming popularity in some of items, your orders might be shipped from our international warehouse.
When will I get my tracking number?
Typically, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email a few days after your initial order date. Even though your order may ship one day after your order it sometimes can take another 24 hours for USPS and/or other shippers to give us a live tracking number so that we can update our system and send you the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Do all my products come in the one package?
In most cases, your order will come in a single package. In some cases, in order to get all items within your order to you as quickly as possible, we will ship more than one package. When we do that, you can expect the packages to arrive on different days and/or times.
So if you receive a package and it doesn’t include everything you ordered, it’s likely that we did ship items within your order from different warehouses. Just give it a few days to arrive.

What form of payments are accepted?
We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners Club and Paypal
How can I add a discount on my order?
If you received a discount code from Rockies Outlet Store, that code can be entered on the checkout page.
Which countries do we ship to?
We ship within the continental US, US territories, Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We Also ship internationally to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom.
How can I get the latest products offered?
Check our website as often as you want and you will be able to see all of the promotional offer. Also we keep our VIP customers, like yourself, notify by emails with Flash Sale and or Seasonal Sale. We treat our customer as a member of our extended family. What is your warranty policy?
We warranty all of the products we sell against manufacturer defects for up to 30 days after your purchase.
We are seeing a trend that customers are asking for refund for no reason, in those instances, we will do a complete analysis of the issues and if we are not satisfied, we will hold the right to reject the request.
Also, some of our products offer a Lifetime Warranty. This means that we will replace the product if it becomes defective during the time that you own it. The Lifetime Warranty applies to the original purchaser only. It cannot be transferred.
Lastly, the Lifetime Warranty does not cover damaged products. Products must be in good condition for our Lifetime Warranty to apply.
How do I return or exchange an item I purchased?
Simply contact us at Sales@RockiesOutlet.com and one of our team members will help you with your return or product exchange within the purchase period of 30 days.
We have been seeing that few people are placing orders and asking for a refund within 24 hours. In certain cases like this, the company might not refund any money without any valid reasons. We would like our customers to understand that it costs money to run a business and also run a marketing campaign. Without any valid reasons, we apologize that we are not able to refund your money.
Note: Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Is there a Restocking Fee?
Yes, 25% re-stocking fees + Shipping Fees will be deducted from your refund, if you cancel your order within 7 days after ordering. If there is any defect in the product, you will not be charged with a re-stocking fee. We will process that under our warranty policy
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales or other applicable taxes, based on the order’s shipping address. Rockies Online Outlet Store follows state guidelines for determining taxes. The tax amount displayed during the checkout process is an estimate and is labeled accordingly. Sometimes as a promotional offer, we might pay for your tax.
What is your policy for Custom Designed Items?
We work hard to make every customer happy. There are certain cases, e.g. custom designed products (tee shirts, coffee mugs, lockets, hats, pillow covers, beanies, custom designed yoga pants etc.) there will be NO exchange or refunds. We earnestly request our customers to understand that these products are made or manufactured after our customer placed their orders. We thank all our Customers and we request each of our customers to check your order few times before you place your order. These are not bulk products. This process is fully automated and it is very difficult for us to interrupt the process and stop the manufacturing process.
What happens if my tracking information shows, it is delivered but I didn't receive any item?
We are working hard to please all our customers. But in the event of Postal failure, we can't be held responsible; no refund will be issued in this event.
